A central signature manager keeps every email signature at the agency consistent and syncs automatically with Google Workspace to do so.
(01) Challenge
The teams work across several locations and under their own brands. Still, every email signature had to look consistent, always carry up to date details and be managed centrally, without anyone setting up their own.
(02) Solution
We built the web app and API and connected them to Google Workspace. Layouts are HTML with placeholders, logos and banners come from a central media library, and the interface is available in four languages.
(03) Highlights
At its heart is the Google Workspace integration. It reads every mailbox straight from the workspace and rolls out the finished signatures to Gmail automatically, for hundreds of employees in a single click. Banners can be A/B tested against each other, and built in statistics show how often signatures are viewed and their links clicked. Every change is kept in a history and can be restored with one click.
