Since 2018, the event management system has powered every Monkey 47 event, from booking, payment and waitlist to ticket, invoice and entry via scanner app.
(01) Challenge
Monkey 47 runs tastings, distillery tours and special events with many dates and limited places. Booking, payment, tickets and entry have to work together reliably, and the team needs to set up every event quickly and keep track of it at all times.
(02) Solution
We built the API and the admin interface, integrated Stripe and PayPal, and generate tickets, invoices and QR codes automatically as PDFs. At the door, tickets are redeemed with a scanner app, and every event can be split into any number of dates with their own capacity, booking deadline and special price.
(03) Highlights
Custom landing pages with their very own design can be connected to the system flexibly, as a dedicated API delivers dates and free places and takes bookings directly. For especially popular events, an optional phone verification confirms interested guests before they book and so prevents tickets from being snapped up in bulk and resold. Waitlists, coupons, invitations and mailings run in the same system, and reports and attendee lists are always ready to download.
